Share snapshot between AWS accounts

I have two AWS account and want to migrate one EC2 instance to the other.

I follow the AWS guides how to do it, but when I tried to create the volume on the destination account, I don't see the shared snapshot from the source account.

How to do it? Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Did you change the permissions on this EBS snapshot? Are both AWS users in the same region (if not you need to copy the snapshot to the other region first)?
