I am in Toronto Canada. What will the IP?
it will be the same..there is no specific IP ranges for torronto location.
FIrst of all, what are the indications that you are not getting updates? Do they fail when you attempt to update them? If so, what is the failure error you get? You said 'most' of your corporate Apple devices are not getting updates - which would imply that some of them are. If it were a firewall issue, then they would either get them, or they wouldn't (unless the updates are allowed for certain subnets only). Again, please expound on the issue and explain further why you believe this is firewall-related. Thanks.

I need a solution to get this allowed on the firewall.
You post a question asking people to help you, so ... as expected, that's what we try to do. If all you want are ports to open for Apple updates, try Google.

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202944

There are no SPECIFIC IP ranges for 'Apple' updates. Apple uses the same ports by proxy that most HTTP traffic goes over.

Best of luck.
