Outook 2010 issue

I have a user that described the following scenario to me over the phone.
If they go into a mail message where their name appears in the to field (or cc) and hover over it...the pop-up window shows an entirely different person's contact info.

What might cause this to happen? We are using Outlook 2010 / Exchange 2010.

Is it possible that my user's email address was incorrectly entered as the email address in the contact record of the person that shows up?   Note: this does not seem to happen in the OWA, just in locally installed Outlook 2010 on his laptop.

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'd check his local contacts in case it is picking up a local contact card associated with that email address.

If OWA shows up correctly then it'd point to a client issue as opposed to a server fault.

Many Thanks
