Recovering old Exchange Data in Office 365 environment

I have a Hybrid, Exchange 2010 SP3 environment with a 4 member DAG. All of our mailboxes have been migrated. We now have taken two mailbox servers (two member DAG) and the other two are off line with data still on them. A user purged a mailbox that have been migrated to the 365 Cloud. It is no longer in the Recycle bin.  This occured less than 10 days ago.  Is there way to get the old mailbox data back from the Exchange servers that are no longer part of the DAG (On-Prem)? Archiving was not in place at the time.  Can I work with the two off-line Exchange servers in stand-alone mode to see if data can be extracted, perhaps using Export-mailbox? When I do Get-recipient of the mailbox in question on the one of the two active Servers, it returns 'mail-user'  - which means the user has no mailbox On-Prem.

What do you mean by off? Also, remember db copies are same on all server. Meaning data is replicate live until you set any lagged copies.

Answering all of your questions,

Initially, you can use powershell script “Export-Mailbox” to export mailboxes from edb file , but for that your EDB file should be in a working condition.

Secondly, you can get old mailbox data back, even if that mailbox is not present in DAG and also deleted from Recycle bin. But for that you need to take help from proficient Exchange Recovery Software, such as Stellar phoenix Exchange recovery using which you can efficiently repair corrupt edb file of your Exchange 2010 in quick time and extract all mailbox items present it. Moreover this software also restores all intentionally as well as accidentally deleted mails from Exchange mailbox after recovery process .
