It depends on the NDR as to whether it contains the attachment or not.<br />
Furthermore it also depends on the configuration of the remote server. This is something that have no control over.<br />

When I get bounce back email from clients, the non-delivery emails in Exchange carry the contents (sometimes it could be a large file 10mb), embedded inside. I wonder if there is a way not to have a content of the NDR but just a notice itself. <br />
