At the point where you are at the remote computer, you need to log into the computer as an admin at that computer. The fact you are admin of your own computer is inconsequential.

If you are running Setup remotely, you can Run as Administrator and provide credentials.

But I don't think you can run Control Panel as administrator in this sense so you need to log in as an administrator of the remote computer. This will work.

There has to be a way to do this

Unless your user has been added to the local "Administrators" group on the remote computer, you are not an admin on that computer.

If you have credentials for it, login to it using those. You can also try running CMD as admin, enter the credentials, then type on "control". This will open the control panel as administrator.

If you can find the correct uninstall (tricky when there is more than one in the same folder), you can right click on the uninstall and Run it as Administrator. Then you just need to enter the remote credentials.
