Word 2010: How to Create Collapsible Headers

Hello Experts!

Quick question, does anyone know how I could go about creating collapsible headers within Word 2010?  As stated, I want to be able to click on a + or something and it expand down into the related content of that header.  Is this possible?  Much thanks!

I know of two ways to accomplish this.

1. More Add-in Adds Expand and Collapse to Word Documents (http://moreaddin.com/) for $20 - there is a trial version too

[step="2" title="You can achieve this effect using a macrobutton field, a bookmark, and some VBA code." ][/step]

For no. 2, please see: How to Expand and Collapse in Microsoft Word
