Apologies, I had it back to front, I thought they had to come FROM him, not TOO him.<br />

The &quot;The recipient is....&quot; rule should tag every single mail destined for that user, including if he was CC'd in, why it didn't work, I don't know.<br />

I just migrated over to Exchange 2013 and I have a transport rule that is setup to prepend the words Open Call onto the subject line for a particular user. &nbsp;The email is sent to the user but the words are not prepended onto the subject line. &nbsp;I had this same exact rule setup in Exchange 2007 and it worked without issue. &nbsp;I have several other rules that are working just fine.<br />

I just migrated over to Exchange 2013 and I have a transport rule that is setup to prepend the words Open Call onto the subject line for a particular user.  The email is sent to the user but the words are not prepended onto the subject line.  I had this same exact rule setup in Exchange 2007 and it worked without issue.  I have several other rules that are working just fine.

Suggestions?
