Email "to" in Contact Form 7 - WordPress

The customer is not receiving emails from one of the Contact Form 7 forms on our web site.

I'm getting the feeling that it may be the way I formatted the "to" field in the "Mail" section (attached).

Note the two email addresses separated by a comma. The 2nd email address always gets these, the first (the claim) does not.

Do I have to use a different separator (;)? Or use "Additional Headers" to format a CC?

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

They've revamped this plugin a bit. You need to now to use the additional headers section for that which they do finally have a doc page for:

Dzynit,

I removed the 2nd email (after the comma), it still does not go through.

Thanks

Are you sure that first one isn't just spam blocked? Have you tried sending just regular emails and they go through - like from outlook?
If those go through, maybe that email is being blocked by the hosting server.

Dzynit,

It was something on the host server; they fixed it, works now.

I was looking in the wrong place. Nothing to do with WordPress or Contact Form 7.

Thanks
