Mailmerge images stored in Access as OLE Objects

I need to do a mailmerge in word with a different employee photo per record, but I don't have access to the original images, but they're in an Access database table stored as OLE Objects. Is it possible to link the Mailmerge to them, or extract these embedded photos to a shared drive so I can include them in the mailmerge?

I have never seen a mail merge that included images...
(but I may be wrong)

You can extract the OLE images with his poplar utility:

Also keep in mind that the same "Mail Merge" functionality can be done in Access alone, ...and since the images are already in Access this may be easy.

If the ate is already in Access as well hen this is easier still...

Even if the data is in Excel, can still create a "Report" in Access that will perform as a "Mail Merge".

...but the simulated mail merge requires some additional work on your part...

So try extracting the images to a disk file, ...then use a system like the attached db to "Link" to the images.
