When mobile device users (cell phone and tablets) come to the office, their devices can't connect to email server. We are using Exchange on SBS2011 and the device connect either through remote.(domainname).com or mail.(domainname).com. I suspect it may be a DNS issue, but was hesitant to make DNS entries in the SBS2011 for remote.(domainname).com or mail.(domainname).com to point to itself unless I'm reasonably sure it won't break anything and would solve the problem.
