Searching a shared mailbox's history of "sent items"

A user has just told me she does not see the same history as her colleagues when she searches in the sent items folder of a shared mailbox. Perhaps she is mistaken but I just want to be sure. She has the same permissions as her colleagues. She believes she is missing some emails but everyone else can see those emails. she was given access to the shared mailbox a few days ago.

Check View Settings and confirm she has no filters.  Confirm All is chosen (not Unread) at the top of the Sent Items view.

If the shared mailbox is added as an account, go to Account Settings | Change... and set the Mail to Keep Offline to All instead of a smaller range of mail.

If there is still and issue, you may want to rename/rebuild the OST file for her profile.
