Photoshop CS5 actions file name

I have been using Photoshop CS5. I replaced a failing, but still useable drive with Photoshop on it. I reinstalled Photoshop on the new drive. . I want to know the name of the file that Photoshop uses to store my "actions preferences" so that I can copy it from the failing drive to my present drive. I want to do this so that I do not have to create all my actions once again.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

According to this Adobe KB:

   https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/preference-file-functions-names-locations.html

the actions are stored in a file called:

   Actions panel.psp

in

   Documents and Settings/[user name]/Application Data/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS5/Adobe Photoshop CS5 Settings
