exchange 2010, active directory

1) On one of our servers, Ldap query is taking too long . ( one user pointed out)

I have to solve it, what are commands needed and what should I look into)

2) There was one error TCP connectivity with AUTODISCOVER -RPC failure

after doing troubleshooting steps, we found it is connecting to mailbox which doesn't exist

test mailbox connect running over protocol ncacn_tcp failed with error 1010 (configuration registry key is invalid)

how can we point to system mailbox.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

it is probably a replication problem
Check your DC's
Dcdiag.exe /v >> c:temp\dcdiag.txt  look for failed
Check your Networking
Netdiag.exe /v >> c:temp\Netdiag.txt
Verify server count and names
Netsh dhcp show server >> c:temp\dhcp.txt
Show Replication Status
Repadmin /showreps >> c:\temp\partners.txt
repadmin /replsum /errorsonly >> c:temp\repadmin_err.txt  ((this one takes a while))
