Windows server 2012 R2 Essentials - how do you restart the configurator / access the dashboard?

2 part question:

1) I am experimenting with Essentials 2012R2 before building it for a client.  I installed it then at some point the configurator came up.  I went through that and it went to configure the box. But I didn't connect it to a network.  The configurator failed because of that and I closed it.

How do I restart the configurator?  If I try to open the dashboard, it says ' you can't open dashboard until the windows server essentials configuration is complete'.

I tried googling this and found pages that talk about running an app in c;\program files\windows server\bin, but there's no file there to run,

and q2:
I didn't have it connected to a network because I didn't want it to activate the license key on this test build.  It will activate only manually?  No need to worry and then on the final build have it complain that license key has been activated / wont' activate on that build?
