exchange offline address book generation failure

I have an exchange 2010 server. WE migrated from sbs2003 and have retired the old server. Everything seems fine with exchange except I cannot get the offline address book to regenerate on the server and the outlook clients do not get an updated offline address book. I  have to turn off cached mode in outlook in order for them to see the GAL.
In the event viewer on the exchange server I am getting errors 9330 and 9334 when I try to update manually.
In the Exchange BPA I am getting the following errors:
offline address book replica not found. didnt find a replica of folder OAB Version 2 (also 3a and 4).for offline address book "defaul offline address list" either a replica doesn't exist or this folder hasn't been created yet. If an oab generation attempt has not yet been made you can ignore this error.
I also noticed in the BPA when I generated the report if was still showing the First Adminstration group in the options to scan which is the old 2003 server exchange oganization group. please help...

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

sorry- I did not get an email notice of your post....
Yikes! that is a lot... I am contemplating calling Microsoft on this one just to get everything straightened out. Ever since we migrated from SBS2003 exchange things have not worked right.... I hate these migrations as they never go cleanly.....

i called microsoft and they were able to walk me through repairing the offline address book. Thanks to the one person who responded. Very disappointed that I did not receive any other responses though.... EXperts Exchange has been really hit and miss lately...
