Can I create a view on a Folder and its sub folders

Lets say I have
A folder called Sales Contracts with a default context type of Sales Contracts
A sub folder called East Region with a default context type of East Region
A sub folder called Year with a default Context Type of 2015

Can I create 1 view that will have Sales Contracts/East Region/Year ?
Can the sub-folders inherit the context type from the Top folder (in this case the Sales Contract folder) ?

Yes, I know best practices is not to create any folders within SharePoint, but I have a situation where it is unrealistic for our department to depend on people to select a context type as there are a myriad of ways from them to load the files into SharePoint, thus we want to force the context types into SharePoint via default context types on the folder and sub folder level.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
