Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013 Migration Tutorial?

I am looking for a step by step video for migrating Exchange 2010 to 2013 that has sound. Everything I am finding has no sound. It would be nice if there is something that also has information with Outlook Anywhere/ OWA configuration with it as well.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Right now I am stuck at trying to move the Arbitration mailbox. I keep getting:

Error: MigrationTransientException: MapiExceptionNetworkError: Unable to make connection to the server. ‎(hr=0x80040115, ec=-2147221227)

I know this is from the person prior to me. I will keep working on this. So far neither is the clear cut solution.
