Try running IE in safe mode - if it works - remove addons from internet explorer CPL

After resetting IE, go to IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advance and select (enable) the option for Software Rendering. That generally works better than Hardware Acceleration.

Haris Khan--
Run SFC /SCANNOW from an administrator Command Prompt.

Start|type reli|click "View Reliability History".  In the Action column is any process identified as having a conflict with IE?

Much of the following has already been suggested, but having the list may be helpful.  Note the last suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall IE11.
