I am trying to understand Microsoft Dynamics. I have a customer which I am recommending go to Office 365 to get hosted email all well and good. However, they asked me about managing the prospects and doing things like bulk emails to there customers. Now the other catch is they are using a Macintosh (OSX).<br />

So first question is this possible with Outlook 2016 MAC (I am assuming not).<br />

If not can this run on OSX. I think dynamics is an add-on you can get through Office 365 and the dynamics is done via the web ??<br />

I know that the dynamics is a large product - so hoping to get a good starting point on this :)<br />

Microsoft Dynamics is a line of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software applications. Dynamics can be used with other Microsoft solutions, such as SharePoint, Yammer, Office 365, Azure and Outlook. Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers. Office 365 allows the use of Microsoft Office apps on Windows and OS X, provides storage space on Microsoft's cloud storage service OneDrive, and grants 60 Skype minutes per month. Office 365 includes e-mail and social networking services through hosted versions of Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, SharePoint and Office Online, integration with Yammer, as well as access to the Office software. All of Office 365's components can be managed and configured through an online portal; users can be added manually, imported from a CSV file, or Office 365 can be set up for single sign-on with a local Active Directory using Active Directory Federation Services.
