I manage MDM solution (MaaS360 from IBM), and sent a command from MaaS360 to one of my user to reset passcode. The command did not reach the user's device because the device does not have wifi enabled (there is no wifi signal indicator shown on the top left corner of the iPad). The user does not know the passcode to log in. Therefore, we can cannot get to the settings menu from the home screen to enable Wifi. What can we do in this scenario to allow the user to log in, or bypass the password prompt? This is for a iPad Air 2.
