SQL Server Sproc permissions issue only on delete?

Hello all,

We have a issue we are trying to troubleshoot but no luck so far.   We have a sproc that when run under a service account the sproc calls within it a delete from a table called customer.   That table has multiple cascade deletes that happen.   The sproc has execute permission insert update and delete.   I can run insert and updates no problems from it but when the delete line is called it returns:

{"Cannot find the object \"CUST.dbo.Customer\" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions."}

this same object via the insert and updates works fine.   How can I properly troubleshoot this to see where it is having an issue?   I am thinking maybe in the cascade the problem is happening but the error is at the highest level table customer.   Thanks all stuck for hours on this one.
