Windows Server 2012R2 Essentials - in IE, clicking on login on Experts-exchange doesn't work

I am building a test build of Windows Server 2012R2 Essentials (the one that is just Essentials out of the box... is that the right name for that SKU?).
Needing help with things, I want to go here! type in https://www.experts-exchange.com click on login and nothing happens. I load chrome, go to the same website, click on login and get the login screen.
