Win 7 X64 unable to join domain

Hi Expert
i have AD 2012 working fine but today i trying to join new PC with win7 Pro X64 i  got the User and password message for join i insert the Domain admin account but i got error "unable to join domain make sure the Domain is available "
any idea

ALL ip with DHCP
But the DNS ip setup correctly in DHCP Server

Ok change only your DNS client ip to manually ( Use the following)  and enter only the preferred DNS Server " your Domain IP"

try to do an nslookup from that computer to the fully qualified domain name of your domain to verify it is able to find the domain.
