hi Experts,

I want to show the data label on every 5 days, not on everyday. Can you help me on it. Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

See the attached example. To get this example working you need to change the Data Source of the report so it point to one of your SQL Servers.

I'm using this expression for the data label:
=iif((rownumber("Chart1_SeriesGroup")-1) mod 5 = 0,Fields!Value.Value,"")

You need to change "Chart1_SeriesGroup" to the name of the series group in your chart. You can find this in the series group properties. And you need to change Fields!Value to the name of your field.

Depending on the lay-out of your data and/or the design of your chart this technique might or might not work in your situation. If it's not working you have to provide me with more details about the data and the chart.
