I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi

I can now confirm that it will work. As long as you have External Sharing setup correctly AND the external person is in the Members group (which by default has the 'Contribute. role' it will work fine.

I set-up a test site and added an external email account of mine. I was then able to create a new Document using the external account and it did indeed create a new Work-flow.

Hope that helps
Mark
