We want to allow Desktop support team to use remote assistance(offer RA) for day to day user problems.
The whole contract team has no network access, set by GPO "Deny Access to This Computer from the Network ". The whole support team is unable to access default $ share of all the PCs.
They are set local administrators using restricted groups.
They are unable to OfferRA using msra.exe /offerra
