Remote Assistance for Desktop Support Team

We want to allow Desktop support team to use remote assistance(offer RA) for day to day user problems.
The whole contract team has no network access, set by GPO "Deny Access to This Computer from the Network ". The whole support team is unable to access default $ share of all the PCs.
They are set local administrators using restricted groups.
They are unable to OfferRA using msra.exe /offerra

You don't need access to c$, nor logon to it.
Use it this way:
Let users initiate it. Provide users with a shortcut to this batch:
@echo off
del \\server\ra\*.* /q
reg ADD "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Remote Assistance" /v "BandWidth Usage" /t REG_DWORD /d 14 /f
start msra.exe /saveasfile \\server\ra\help.msrcincident 111111

Then provide the admins with a shortcut to
(password is always 111111)
That's all. If a user needs help, he phones the it and clicks on that batch. The admin clicks on his shortcut, enters 111111 and there  we go.
Of course also the share \\server\ra needs to be created with modify access for users.
