Additional users for cisco call manager


I have been through numerous settings and pages but unable to find where i can create additional users. We have new administrators to whom id like to give access to but unable to locate where

can you point me to right direction please

Actually seems that you have an LDAP synchronization agreement that will stop you from seeing an Add New button in the User list. If you navigate under System > LDAP > LDAP Directory, and find one, then you are forced to create new users within your LDAP system, or, go under User Management > Application User and create this other type of accounts instead.
