YAHOO MAIL

My PC has WindowS 8.1 and IE 11.0.  When going onto Yahoo.com and clicking on mail (from yahoo.com) see the mail but when I click on to read the mail I get a 403 error.  Yet if I use chrome I can read my yahoo mail but not in IE 11.0 on the same desktop PC. Any help would be appreciated on how to fix this 403 error.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Open Internet Explorer and in tools->Internet options, click Advanced tab and then click reset.
Run Windows Update and install all updates and restart your PC.
Try disconnect from PC and reconnect later.
