Office 365 - full access to delegated mailbox - via OWA / Webmail (including contacts)

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to grant access to someone else’s mailbox in Office 365 so that, using webmail, one can see full access to another users mailbox.

For example, let’s say we have, User PA and User Boss.

User Boss delegates entire access to her enter mailbox to User PA

However, User PA only has access to webmail.

Is it possible for User PA to access all the contacts, calendar, all the mail folders, etc. As if using full Outlook client?

As well as this, in our case two factor authentication will also be activated on the account, but this should not make a difference I guess.

Hope my question makes sense and thanks in advance.

In the newest OWA, introduced during the Office365 period, the upper right corner, click the person icon, it will have the "Open another mailbox" option.
This option is used if the person already logged in has full mailibox rights to the "another" mailbox. And therefore will have full access to the mail and contacts, as well as calendar.
There is no 2 way authentication factor that I know of though.

OK I see.

Can I check, how do I make sure we've delegated it correctly. When I try and access my colleagues for test using method above I either get page not found, or that I have not had permissions granted and a broken smiley page. however I can access the inbox.

If you have access to the inbox, maybe it was a share from the user themselves (and hence, it's a share of that part only, NOT THE FULL MAILBOX). Full mailbox rights are done in the admin panel.
