When I am to initialize card, I have an error:

I suspect no java applet in the card. One old article walk through using opensc to load a applet into the card and specifically stated "Newer versions however are pure JavaCards and will not work without a JavaApplet". see this

In the image it stated SafeSign PKI applet, only test card has already existing applet of such in the card. New blank card has none unless the card provider can give you an applet to load like the earlier article shared ...
