Cannot view public O365 folders in Outlook 2013

I have a small office using Office 2013 All Patches Applied:

My Migration guy setup public folders and can see touch and edit them in Outlook 2010

NOTE: All rights are in place...Using 2010 Client I can see public folders with all 3 users

We cannot even see them in Outlook 2013

Checked Updates None available on all 3 computers

How can I fix this?

Also client wishes to sync his phone to public folders.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In Outlook 2013, click the 3 little dots in the bottom left after Tasks.  Select folders.  You will now see the Public Folders on the left hand side list.

Find the public folder you want, right-click and select add to favorites.

Not sure about on his phone, is it iOS, Android, Windows, BB?  Does it use Outlook client or some third-party?

Hi,

I think, this issue occurs because of Auto Discover service cannot discover the email address that is mentioned on the public folder mailbox.
