We currently have a form that is filled out by hand and then it is scanned into our system.
I would like to duplicate the form in a digital format to get away from all the paper.
This new form would need many drop downs and check boxes but it will also have two places for an actual signature (signed with stylus or using your finger)
I have worked with some of the Adobe products so that would be an option but what other choices are there for creating a form that can be put into a pdf other than Adobe.
What would be the best software to create this type of form?
