We currently have a form that is filled out by hand and then it is scanned into our system. <br />

I would like to duplicate the form in a digital format to get away from all the paper.<br />
<br />
This new form would need many drop downs and check boxes but it will also have two places for an actual signature (signed with stylus or using your finger)<br />
<br />
I have worked with some of the Adobe products so that would be an option but what other choices are there for creating a form that can be put into a pdf other than Adobe.<br />

What would be the best software to create this type of form?<br />
