Printer Issue

We have two computers & an HP Office Jet Pro 8615 attached wirelessly.

The printer used to work from both computers. It now has stopped working from the newer computer, a Toshiba Laptop. Both computers run Windows 7.

In trying to trouble shoot the issue (on the laptop), I get the attached.

What can I do to fix this?

I thought of just deleting the printer & trying to reinstall it.

Thanks

Right click on each of the printer and go to

printer properties > ports tab > you should see the tcp/ip port with numbers like 192.168.x.x

Then go to the command line and see if you can ping the ip address of the printer.  Do you get any response?  If not then you will need to confirm the network configuration is correct on the printer.

That's the first thing I'd do.  Remove and re-install.

Since it's working for one computer we know that it is configured correctly on the network.
