Unable to access Citrix in google chrome

Hi

Good day

I am unable to access Citrix in Google chrome and when i enter the username and password and it being being  prompt to install the Citrix receiver.

For your information i had run the Citrix clean up utility and re- install the Citrix receiver and restart the computer But encounter the same issue.

Is this a storefront installation?  check this to disable or adjust client detection

Thanks for the prompt response and how to resolve this my issue is affected at the google chrome.

Sound like you only install Xenapp Service Site
to fix that
go to Citrix web interface management  Xenapp website Right click on it and select create site
