issue printing any NON HTML emails

We got few Citrix/servers and use outlook from it.
We use outlook 2010
If i right click on a particular txt email and hit print, the document prints but nothing prints in the actual body of the email. The Subject and Recipient print but that's it.

I have tested this myself, on 3 different users that server.
If i print in same way from different server it works just fine.
I have done followings:
-Restarted servers (+ print spooler)
-Confirmed it is using same print drivers as other printer.
-This is happening to all printers

What else i can do to fix this issue ?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi.

Get citrix out of the equation, first. Logon locally, start outlook and print.
