connecting USB to printer

You should install the printer drivers first before connecting to your computer.

If it came with a CD, use the CD and follow the on screen instructions, then plug in the printer.

Try installing on a different computer. You may have a problem with your USB ports or the printer may have an issue.

i am getting the same error

On a different computer?  The printer must have a hardware problem in this case.

The first link below is for the Microsoft Fix it Tool. If you run this tool for Windows 7 it will automatically search your system and attempt to fix any errors it encounters.

The second link here is all drivers and documentation for your printer model as it pertains to Windows 7 64 bit computers. It is a very common problem with Windows 7 to have USB printer spooling issues. Make sure you have checked for any Windows updates and installed all service pack updates.

does the printer work on another PC?
can you test it on other usb ports?

Nobus i use different port on my computer did not work i even tried different computer did not work also.
i even got some information about how to  editing your registry it did did not work i even want on the official webpage download some software and drive for this model one software have the option to install USB connection but during the installation it will ask you to plug in the printer with USB, the software does not see it i think the USB port o the machine is not good
