Adobe reader Freezes when printing a PDF file to a local or network printer

We just started receiving updates from Adobe and not the Win 7 workstations freeze when trying to print a PDF file to a local Brother, HP or network Konica Minolta printer.

All workstations are in a Windows 2008 r2 domain.  All windows updates have been applied.

Anyone else have this problem?  Your suggestions are appreciated.

Are they printing pdf from a web site or local computer?  printing pdf from a web site is sometimes problematic, bet to save pdf to desktop and open and print from there.

You can also do a repair of reader from the help menu.

Printing from one attachment from an email in Outlook, not web based.
Probably same thing, have them save to desktop and open and print that to see if it makes a difference

I found the solution myself. We have an app that captures print usage. I contacted the software vendor and found out it's not fully compatible with Adobe products and it requires turning certain options off for it to allow printing from Adobe Reader & Acrobat.

So I'm requesting to accept my solution with no points.
