PHP Codes/Templates for Membership Managment

Anyone know if there is ready to use PHP Codes/Templates just for Membership Management ?

On the other hand, it is better to have something like CAPTCHA function prevent attack to the login page.

Thank you very much!!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Most frameworks have this kind of functionality baked in; you do not need to build it separately in 2015.  Here is the best one available today:

This is a well knownow open source management system. But with any kind of software system, knowing and/or having someone who knows and can help customize and secure the system for you is the best way to go. While building your own system may be time and cost straining it does have benefits

Membership management is pretty broad.  Can you define the things you want to do or specific vertical?  Does it need to be integrated with something in particular? Budget?(your time vs $$)
