Best way to load large CSV files to remote AWS RDS MySql Instance

Hello All,

I have a folder of large CSV files, some over 50Gb in Size and need to put them into a RDS instance into AWS Cloud instance.
What would the best way to do this?

My best suggestion would be to put them to S3, then take a EC2 instance, copy the file and then load local in file.

I have approximately 20 files i need to transfer.

Your idea is the best one.

If these are critical files, and you need to be able to transform them or catch errors, then consider using the MySQL workbench or use an ETL like Talend.
