"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

By default, this functionality is disabled in ADFS. Change password looks just like another endpoint in ADFS and all you need to do is enable the endpoint: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/samueld/archive/2015/05/13/adfs-2012-r2-now-supports-password-change-not-reset-across-all-devices.aspx

Customizing the AD FS Sign-in Pages

Configure AD FS to Send Password Expiry Claims

You may also check this earlier discussed thread having suggested solution on the topic - AD FS Add functionality for Change Password (about to expire password) and Change Password (first time login)

Moreover, If you wish you may also try this programmed application i.e. Lepide Active Directory Self Service which allows end users to reset password, unlock account and update personal information in the Windows Active Directory also allows to proactively notify domain users regarding their password expiry; so that, users can change their password in advance.

Hope it helps you!
