Club Agreement

PLease revise the grammar of this portion of our club promotional agreement, Thank you.

Commissions:     Promoters will receive the following payout on bar total net sales, and bottle service sale for every Friday night shift:  (After sales tax and gratuity):

•      $ 0 – $ 2,999 of net sales = 0%
•      $ 3,000 - $ 4,999 of net sales = 10%
•      $ 5,000 – 6,999 of net sales = 15%
•      $ 7,000 and above of net sales = 20%

Commissions:     After the first 8 weeks form the opening night promoters will review the above payout with the owner of the venue. If the average revenue of the first 8 weeks is less than $ 9,000.00 on bar total net sales and bottle service (after sales tax and gratuity) the above agreement will continue until the end of the contract.

If after the first 8 weeks from the opening night the average revenue is more than $ 9,000 promoters will receive the following payout on bar total net sales, and bottle service sale for every Friday night:

•      $ 0 – $ 2,999 of net sales = 0%
•      $ 3,000 - $ 5,999 of net sales = 10%
•      $ 6,000 – 8,999 of net sales = 15%
•      $ 9,000 and above of net sales = 20%

At the end of each Event, Venue will provide Promoters with documentation of the total sales for the Event by presenting them with a print-out, or by allowing Promoters to take copies of the Event total sales report.

DJ Expenses:        Promoters will pay for the DJ Expenses of the two resident DJs, $ 225.000 for the first DJ and $ 225.00 for the   second DJ (Total $ 450.00 every Friday night)

Dance Instructors: Promoters will pay for the Dance Instructors when needed.

Door Charges       Promoters will keep 100% of the door revenue.

Special Events  
& Special Nights: Special events and special Guest DJs will be discussed separately with the owner of the venue.
