I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check the size of your C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Logs folder

An option would be to look into:
Database Maintenance. In BE 2012 this option is in BE console -> Backup Exec button (Top left hand corner) -> Configuration & Settings -> Backup Exec Settings -> Database Maintenance.

The program is installed on C, but C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Logs folder is only 4MB, somehow it saved 20GB of logs on my E drive

1. Where is the "default" BackupExec location on my E drive since I do not see it anywhere ?
2. I assume this does NOT grow alot after the 1st FULL backup ?
3. Maybe if my 1GB MS SQL server grows by 100MB it copies a new 1GB MS SQL server every night ?
