Add Mailbox DB replication to new Exch2013 Server

I have two Exchange 2013 servers in my environment... I just built another to help with load and resources...

I want to add this server to the DAG so that the all mailbox databases can be replicated to the new server. I have about 16 databases and 1 DAG.

Whats the process needed to do this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Just add the server to the DAG in the usual way.
Ensure that the server has the storage the same as before.

Once you have added it to the DAG, you then go through the same steps as you did with your original servers to add the replica of the databases. That could mean you have databases with three copies.

Simon.
