Excel - formula to transform raw date to oracle time stamp

I have a date field that was sourced from hadoop.  I am wanting to transform it into a oracle time stamp or readable time stamp to put into Tableau.  The data dump is in excel format so if I can get a formula built that would be awesome.

Here are a few dates:

29-JUN-15 AM
29-JUN-15 AM
26-JUN-15 AM
02-JUL-15 PM
02-JUL-15 PM
30-JUN-15 AM

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try this formula, date value in A2
=TEXT(DATEVALUE(LEFT(A2,9)),"yyyy-mm-dd ")&TEXT(TIMEVALUE(SUBSTITUTE(MID(A2,11,8),".",":")&RIGHT(A2,3)),"hh:mm:ss")&MID(A2,19,7)
