Inplace upgrade of Windows 2008r2 standard to Enterprise using DISM with Hyper-V role installed

Is it possible to do an in-place upgrade of Windows 2008r2 standard to enterprise using DISM when the server has the Hyper-V role installed. I have 5 VM guests running on a Win 2008R2 Std. host. I want to increase the memory on the host beyond 32gb. Can I just shut down the VM's, perform an in-place upgrade to Enterprise and restart the VM's after the upgrade is complete? I don't want to go through the process of exporting the vm's to perform the upgrade, I just can't find exact info if the Hyper-V role causes issues with the upgrade similar to the DC role. Is there a difference in the Integration Services between 2008r2 standard and 2008r2 Enterprise?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Should be no problem, of course a backup is always a smart idea. No difference in the integration services between STD and ENT.
