Toshiba Satellite C55-B
I am trying to trouble shoot for an NGOs laptop, which is a Toshiba Satellite C55-B. I attach herewith the file giving the specs of this laptop. When it boots up, it gives all sorts of errors, like disk errors, and with lots of garbage. From previous experience on my pc, thus I ran the command from the desktop, a scan command. I attach here also the results of the scan. Also attached is the log file that the scan command produced.
Can the experts please let me know what is wrong and how to fix them. The laptop was bought in Nov 2014, and I wonder if it is still under warranty or some sort of warranty that I can get free technical support. If Yes, and i u have the number handy, please let me know. thank u.
