Write from VB.NET Array to Excel Cells

I am developing an ASP.NET application .  A multi dimension array stores  Value and Excel Cell Position where value should be written

For example , the array may look like
     "Value1" , "B10"
     "Value2" , "B15"
     "Value3" , "F20"
...........

How can we write to an excel file from an array like this   ( Performance is also a consideration , even though not the primary concern)

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
