Unless you were using a client that can pick up where it left off, you may not be able to.<br />

Try downloading the same way with the same application. If it picks up, great and if it starts over, then that may be what you have to do.<br />

I wasn't using any download app. &nbsp;Just going to the Dell site, right clicking and &quot;saving as&quot; into my usual downloads location.
