How to resume a partial file download

I was in the middle of downloading a bunch of files and my pc crashed and rebooted.
Now I have a folder with a bunch of "partial downloads"
How can I restart these without starting from scratch? These are big files.

Unless you were using a client that can pick up where it left off, you may not be able to.

Try downloading the same way with the same application. If it picks up, great and if it starts over, then that may be what you have to do.

How were you downloading and what application were you using?

I wasn't using any download app. Just going to the Dell site, right clicking and "saving as" into my usual downloads location.
