Is this a new installation ?

Have you added users or an identity source e.g. Active Directory ?

You can login with the administrator@vsphere.local account ?

yeah it was working , It was patched a few days ago and this is the same environment on my other question , I dont have full control over the actions to be taking on this

the last known change is that I moved the vmotion to the management network ( only for a test) and now I cant login at all with administrator@vsphere.local  to vcenter

I can login to the windows box that runs vcenter

My proposed actions

verify the inventory service is running

change the administrator@vsphere.local as it was expired and  set the user must change password at next login

I have set it not to expire but maybe something is still messed up

windows and vmware event logs will be displayed here

thanks !!!!
